The evening
Tiber Village hosted a dinner event dedicated to great fire-grilled meat, led by chef Omar Leccesi. A live showcooking where every course comes to life before the guests' eyes: the open grill, the scent of the fire and prime cuts sizzling over the embers.
From meat carved tableside to ham sliced to order, all the way to pasta finished inside a cheese wheel, the evening blended culinary spectacle and conviviality — all set in the green of our park, among soft lights and live music.
